Staying Safe During Covid 19 - Coronavirus Secure Services

PaperMountains takes the safety and security of our staff and customers seriously; we are working within current government guidelines to continue to provide our services only where it is safe to do so.

Some office staff are working from home but will continue to answer calls and emails as usual. Those that are working in the offices, warehouses and confidential destruction facilities are observing the current regulations and have appropriate ppe to make the workplace covid secure.

In order to maintain safety at our sites we are not currently accepting walk in business; if you need our services we can arrange it remotely and come to you to collect. Please contact us on the number on the website for further details.

Covid-19 Secure Collections & Deliveries

All PaperMountains vans and staff are equiped with suitable PPE equipment and hand sanitiser and we are currently following these social distancing procedures:

✦ Drivers are working either alone or in a bubble.
✦ The driver will call when they arrives at your premises.
✦ At that moment if your paper is already in bags or boxes please place them outside.
✦ The driver will then wait for you to return inside your premises or a safe distance.
✦ When you are safely inside, then collect the paperwork.
✦ The driver will take a photograph of himself at the premises as confirmation of collection.
✦ They will then post the collection note through the door rather than getting you to sign it.

Should you location or the nature of the collection differs significantly the driver will assess the situation and work with you to effect a safe, efficient and Covid-19 secure collection or delivery.

If your paper is not in secure sacks, boxes or bins then the driver will discuss this with you but he will leave bags or bins and then return to the van to wait for you to fill them and return to your premises.

Please observe the government guidelines on social distancing of at least 2m, washing your hands before and after our visit and not touching your face.
